Here at The Handcrafted Wedding Nest we are totally obsessed with the little tiny details that make a wedding spectacular in an individual way unique to each couple.  The vintage and rustic trends of last year are well and truly here to stay, and lend themselves beautifully to handcrafted wedding wares, many of which you can have a go at making yourself!   Here we aim to inspire with links to our favourite items, tutorials to have a go at, and the occasional freebie printables to help you on your way.  We firmly believe in supporting small businesses so we will be trawling the likes of Etsy, Notonthehighstreet.com and local shops to bring you snippets of inspiration and things that we love!  If you’d like your shop or your wedding to be featured then please get in touch!!

We advise that you use a steel ruler and craft knife to cut around the edges (scissors never give a perfect finish) but please be careful with sharps!  To get nice rounded corners the use of a corner punch is highly recommended (check out hobbycraft or amazon), but these will look just as great with good ol' fashioned square corners.  Why not attach them to a stick and pop them in amongst your wedding table flowers.  Alternatively, paste them to the side of your table wine - the options are endless.
